Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented SERVER/BARTENDER to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a lively environment, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet hall. The ideal candidate will have experience with food and beverage service, strong POS skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Prior knowledge of Aloha POS, Micros POS, and food safety standards is highly valued. This position requires excellent time management, sales ability, and a thorough understanding of the food industry and hospitality best practices.

Duties

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Provide attentive customer service to ensure guest satisfaction in various settings including fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet events.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for catering events or banquets as needed.
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest preferences are met.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management skills.
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, retail math, or hospitality environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.
• Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for billing and inventory purposes.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $4.35 - $7.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
