The PEI Business Women's Association (PEIBWA) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support executive leadership with a focus on conference coordination, executive scheduling, and cross-border administrative support. Although PEIBWA is based in Canada, this role is fully remote and open to qualified candidates located in the United States.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience supporting senior leaders, managing multiple priorities, and coordinating events or conference-related requests. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth executive operations and professional representation across U.S.-based activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior leadership
  • Coordinate and manage conference requests, event logistics, and meeting arrangements, particularly for U.S.-based initiatives
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones
  • Handle professional correspondence, emails, and documentation with discretion and accuracy
  • Prepare reports, agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for executive use
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, speakers, and stakeholders related to conferences and events
  • Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of executive tasks
  • Maintain organized records, files, and digital documentation
  • Support additional executive and administrative projects as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar senior support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, or conferences is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with standard business tools (email, calendars, document management, virtual meeting platforms)
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work remotely

Work Environment

  • 100% Remote Position
  • Collaborate with a Canada-based organization while supporting U.S. operations

Pay: $64, $68,906.34 per year
