We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grill Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong background in kitchen operations, with experience in fine dining, food safety, and menu execution. Duties

• Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Assist in menu planning and presentation to enhance guest satisfaction
• Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during service hours
• Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Serve food efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and kitchen operations

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant or catering environment
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and plating presentation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Prior experience in dietary department roles or dietary aide positions is a plus
• Fine dining experience or culinary training is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Pay: $ $12.00 per hour
