AM and PM Shift Available Compensation based on experience

Essential Duties:

· Work with the facility's Dietitian/Director of Food Services as necessary and implement recommended changes as required.

· Serve residents and guests their food in a passionate and compassionate manner to ensure resident and guest satisfaction.

· Follow all sanitation, disposal, food labeling, and food storage guidelines and regulations. Record temperatures of refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashers.

· Ensure sanitation standards are being meet or exceeded.

· Receive orders from residents and assist them in making selections that they will enjoy.

· Deliver food to designated areas and return to remove dishes.

· Responsible for busing dishes and assisting in the cleaning of the dining room or resident apartment if they chose to dine there.

· Follow established Infection Control Precautions policies and procedures when performing daily tasks.

· Responsible for setting dining room tables per company expectations.

· Ensuring tables have all required condiments.

· Professionally serve and attend community marketing events as a server.

· Assist Dining Culinary Director with storage of food and supplies, taking inventory, accepting deliveries, stocking, and maintaining safety as directed.

· Communicate any observed concerns, issues, or resident changes to management immediately.

· Always have a friendly and helpful attitude with residents, families, and guests.

· Encourage teamwork among all departments and assist with conflict resolution.

· Maintain confidentiality regarding all protect health information or personal information of residents and employees.

· Per State of California regulations, as a "mandated reporter" you must report all known or suspected incidents of resident abuse of dependent adults or elders.

· Performs other duties as assigned and are consistent with the success of the position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.08 per hour
