Our patients trust us with life-changing decisions, and we take that responsibility seriously. We are seeking a Sales Coordinator who understands consultative sales, values patient education, and can confidently guide patients from consultation to booked surgery.

Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for converting consultations into booked surgical cases while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. This role requires strong sales ability, emotional intelligence, and close collaboration with surgeons, clinical staff, and administrative teams.

You will own the patient journey from consultation through deposit collection and surgical date confirmation.

Key Responsibilities Patient Experience & Consultation Support

  • Greet patients upon arrival and escort them to consultation rooms when in person.
  • Provide patients with clear instructions for pre-consult assessments
  • Review patient medical history and brief the surgeon on key details prior to consultations
  • Take detailed notes during surgeon consultations to support accurate follow-up
  • Walk patients through next steps after their consultation with clarity and professionalism
  • Reset, clean, and restock consultation rooms after each patient

Sales, Booking & Scheduling

  • Conduct private pricing discussions following consultations
  • Present accurate procedure pricing and explain the booking process
  • Collect the required 10% non-refundable surgical deposit
  • Secure and schedule the patient's surgical date upon booking
  • Build rapport, address concerns, and overcome objections ethically and confidently
  • Follow The Method's lead journey and sales workflow
  • Maintain daily performance standards focused on both conversation volume and quality
  • Answer warm inbound calls and follow up with qualified leads promptly

Patient Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email in a timely, professional manner
  • Schedule in-clinic and virtual consultations
  • Coordinate surgical scheduling with internal teams once deposits are collected
