What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of litigation experience with conducting client/witness interviews, drafting pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, and defending depositions. Once hired, the litigation attorney will be responsible for the day-to-day management of an active case load with direction and guidance from the partners within the firm. The litigation attorney will also have the opportunity to participate in mediations and sit second-chair in arbitrations and jury trials. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
