Front Office Customer Service Representative

Our outpatient physical therapy practice is seeking an accountable, professional, friendly and customer service driven individual to work as a Customer Service Representative in our medical office. The ideal candidate will have medical experience, comfortable with EMR and bilingual in Spanish. Daily job duties will include answering phones, check in and check out, verifying insurance, sending referrals and scheduling new appointments. Experience with personal injury treatments and operations is a huge benefit.

This is a full time temporary position with salary DOE. Health and dental benefits offered upon completion of probationary period. The best candidate will be a team player who can fit into our family type atmosphere and assist us in providing great patient care. We are filling a void during a maternity leave with the likelihood for a long-term position with and ideal candidate.
