Duties

• Monitor student progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
• Support classroom management during tutoring sessions to maintain a positive, focused environment
• Assist students with homework, exam preparation, and study skills development
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and guardians to track progress and address any learning challenges

Skills

• Strong knowledge of high school subject matter and curriculum development techniques, Primarily MATH
• Experience with tutoring or teaching in educational settings, especially with adolescents
• Proficiency in learning technology platforms and digital educational tools
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate students
• Classroom management skills to create a disciplined yet encouraging environment
• Experience working with children or teenagers with diverse learning needs, including special education considerations
• Ability to develop engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student goals and learning styles
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles for younger students transitioning into high school levels
• Experience in classroom experience or childcare environments demonstrating patience and adaptability
