As VP, Creative Services at Fanatics Betting and Gaming, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of our creative function, shaping immersive campaigns that elevate our brand in the competitive betting & gaming landscape while creating an operating rhythm for the creative team that enables scale and efficiency. This role serves as the business function of the creative team, both partnering with and reporting to the Head of Creative Marketing, and serving as the deputy leader of the Creative Marketing organization. This executive creative role demands a visionary leader with deep expertise in creative strategy, team building, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Leadership & Department Vision

  • Manage the shape and trajectory of the creative department, defining long-term goals aligned with business objectives and evolving industry trends in betting and gaming
  • Provide oversight of brand creative, operations, and production roles, fostering a high-performance culture that balances innovation with operational excellence
  • Improve cross-channel communication, ensuring seamless integration of creative assets across digital, social, broadcast, and experiential platforms for cohesive brand narratives

Stakeholder Engagement & Execution

  • Conduct regular communication and presentations to executive stakeholders, translating complex creative strategies into compelling business cases that secure buy-in and resources
  • Champion the development and launch of high-impact campaigns, from concept ideation to performance optimization, leveraging data analytics to refine creative output

Operational Excellence & Resource Management

  • Oversee budget tracking, allocation, and forecasting, optimizing spend to maximize ROI on creative initiatives while navigating fiscal constraints
  • Identify and implement staffing efficiencies, workflow, and process improvements to streamline production pipelines and enhance team productivity without compromising quality
  • Anticipate and coordinate mix of resourcing between internal and external vendors, with an eye towards efficient scalability with creative excellence
