We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and educate patients to help them recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve mobility and function. The ideal candidate is motivated, patient-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

What you will do:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable functional goals
  • Administer physical therapy treatments and physical agents as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
  • Instruct and supervise physical therapy assistants and support staff
  • Fit, adjust, and train patients in the use of orthotics, prosthetics, and assistive devices
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Adapt treatment techniques to meet the needs of patients with varying abilities and comprehension levels

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Eligible for licensure with the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Kansas
  • Knowledge of and adherence to the Standards of Practice of Physical Therapy
  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
  • Membership or affiliation with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
