Orangetheory Fitness Grandview is hiring for our front-of-house Sales Associate role. You'll be the first impression—greeting everyone who walks in, leading studio tours, introducing the OTF concept, and helping convert interest into memberships.

Compensation & Perks
- $15.00/hour + commission based on membership sales
- With approximately 1 membership sale per shift, estimated earnings are about $17–$25/hour (varies by commission and shift length)
- 15+ hours/week (part-time)
- Free Orangetheory workouts
- Simple IRA access
- Two Evenings between Monday–Thursday
- Start time ideal 3:00 or 4:00 PM through 8:00 PM

- One weekend day, most (but not all) weekends. Approximate 6 hour shift between 6:30 am - 2 pm
- Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm, warmth, and confidence
- Manage the front desk: answering phones, responding to questions, supporting members, accurately check in clients, and handle member transactions
- Work hand-in-hand with coaches to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
- Sell memberships and help the studio thrive
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients via calls/text/email - estimate 20+ outbound calls, 40+ texts per shift.
- Dedicate time and attention to coworker communication and business promotion roll outs
- Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution
- Present the Orangetheory concept to prospective members ("intros")
- Participate in marketing and outreach events
- Help keep all areas of the studio clean, organized, and ready for an excellent experience
- Passionate about fitness and helping people
- Outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with anyone
- Motivated by goals and excited by sales + service
- Reliable, organized, and strong at follow-through
- A clear communicator—face-to-face, on the phone, and in writing
