Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HRIS systems, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment. This role requires a proactive leader with strong communication skills and expertise in HR strategies, labor laws, and process improvement to drive organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives, including strategic planning and organizational design.
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees through effective HR sourcing and ATS utilization.
- Oversee employee orientation programs, training & development initiatives, and succession planning to foster growth and leadership development.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll systems (such as Workday, ADP, Paychex), and manage benefits administration to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, Workers' Compensation policies, and other legal requirements.
- Lead performance management processes including employee evaluation, conflict management, and employee relations to maintain a productive work environment.
- Handle HRIS data collection and analysis using platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Kronos, Taleo, or Ceridian for informed decision-making.
- Manage HR program management activities such as change management initiatives, process improvement projects, and budget planning.
- Supervise HR team members and collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR policies that support organizational growth.
- Oversee employee contracts, HR compliance audits, and ensure adherence to labor standards across all departments.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law (FMLA, OSHA) and compliance standards.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and HR sourcing techniques.
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor management and conflict resolution.
- Expertise in managing employee relations, employee evaluation processes, and performance management systems.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Kronos, Taleo or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Skilled in program management including benefits administration and training & development programs.
- Excellent communication skills for effective presentation of policies and strategic initiatives to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability in change management processes and process improvement methodologies.
- Leadership experience supervising HR teams or managing human capital management functions.
- Data analysis skills for workforce planning and decision-making based on data collection insights. Pay: $79, $95,281.78 per year
