A fast-growing, hospitality-driven entertainment group is searching for an experienced
General Manager
to lead one of its, full-service entertainment & dining locations. This role is ideal for a GM who thrives in a high-volume, experiential environment where operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development all intersect.

What You'll Lead

  • Financial & Operational Strategy:
    Drive fiscal accountability, oversee facilities, and ensure all operational standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Guest Experience:
    Elevate every touchpoint—from pre-show service to post-visit satisfaction—with a focus on consistently achieving strong
    NPS
    results.
  • Talent Development:
    Build, coach, and develop a high-performing management team; ensure clear role expectations and growth pathways.
  • Brand & Culture Stewardship:
    Lead key meetings, maintain brand standards, and cultivate an engaging, high-energy culture for both guests and staff.
  • Scalable Systems:
    Implement and refine processes to streamline operations, improve flow-through, and maintain exceptional service during peak volume.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success as a
    General Manager
    in high-volume full-service dining, entertainment, theater, or experiential hospitality
  • Strong financial acumen with direct ownership of P&L
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Track record of building strong teams and delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on, floor-level leadership
