Job Description:
As a CNA at Indian Beach Nursing and Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Reporting any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Florida
• Compassion and empathy towards elderly residents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
• Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility is preferred but not required
