Location: Orlando, FL

Hours: Mon-Fri, 9 am-5:30 pm (evenings and weekends are a must, as required)

Compensation: Negotiable (Based on Experience) + benefits

Reports to: President

Start Date: Dec 2025/ Jan 2026

Travel: Yes, as required

The Arrow Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the Financial Operations of the company. Their primary responsibility is managing payroll, billing and Accounts Receivable Department. What you need to be successful

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field experience.

● Experience working with a Staffing agency (Asset)

● years of progressive accounting experience, including 1+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.

● Expertise in payroll funding, multi-state tax compliance, and high-volume AR/AP.

● Proficiency in accounting/payroll systems (QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, ADP, or similar) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

● Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

● Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

● Well-versed in working in high-pressure environments with attention to detail

● Must be organized and have the ability to prioritize your day

● Experience with factoring companies preferred

What you will be doing day to day

● Manage and file payroll tax filings (federal, state, local, and quarterly returns)

● Reconciling payroll funding, taxes, and garnishments across multiple states

● Managing a team for high-volume weekly payroll for temporary employees

● Analyzing gross profit margins by client or job order

● Monitor daily cash flow and payroll funding requirements

● Match daily deposits and payments against the
