CMA (Double-Weekend) - Certified Medication Aide

Cheyenne Medical Lodge is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for a dedicated double weekend position. This role is ideal for someone who wants full-time hours while keeping weekdays open.

You'll be part of a skilled nursing team that focuses on resident safety, consistency of care, and teamwork in a modern facility with updated equipment and strong clinical support.

Schedule

• Saturday and Sunday
• 6AM - 10PM
• 32 hours/week (qualifies as full-time with benefits)

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately following physician orders and facility protocols
• Document medication administration and resident responses in a timely manner
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) when needed
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Work closely with nurses and care team members to maintain consistent care plans
• Follow state and facility guidelines for medication safety and resident care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong time management
• Ability to work long shifts and stay focused in a fast-paced setting
• Professional communication skills
