About the Role — Field Operations Supervisor
As a Field Operations Supervisor, you are the leader who keeps your county running smoothly, safely, and professionally. You oversee Field Agents, support Admin/Client Response, and make sure every legal notice attempt in your area is: Completed, Documented correctly, Compliant, On time. You're the bridge between the Regional Manager and the field, and your leadership sets the tone for the entire team.

WHAT YOU DO
Field Operations & Coverage (Your Primary County)
Oversee daily field activity in your main county
Provide backup support to one nearby county when needed.
Assign routes, adjust schedules, and keep coverage tight
Ensure agents follow full attempt protocol (knock, wait, leave notice, photos, timestamps)
Respond quickly to issues (bad addresses, urgent jobs, safety concerns)Team Supervision & Leadership, Supervise, coach, and motivate Field Agents
Reinforce training and standards during probation and beyond. Hold agents accountable to professionalism, communication, and performance. Support onboarding of new agents with hands-on field guidance Compliance, Quality & Safety
Review proof packets and documentation for accuracy. Coordinate with Regional Manager on any issues or corrections. Ensure your team meets NJ compliance for notice delivery.
Communication & Documentation. Maintain accurate logs of attempts, completions, problems, and incident reports
Communicate clearly with Admin/Client Response, field teams, and leadership. Stay on top of daily updates, coverage gaps, and operational changes.
Continuous Improvement. Suggest better workflows, route improvements, or coverage strategy. Identify repeated issues (bad complexes, broken intercoms, address problems) and propose solutions. Support leadership in strengthening county-level operations
Experience & Requirements
Experience Level:
Mid-entry to mid-level (not brand new, not corporate senior).
Required:
1–3 years in: field ops, dispatch, logistics, security, inspections, construction, utilities, or any job where you supervised or coordinated people. Proven ability to motivate and correct a team.
Reliable transportation + smartphone, Strong communication skills. Must be able to travel within your county (and occasionally a backup county), Ability to follow procedures EXACTLY
Must be 18+ Felony-friendly: we care about your growth, not your past — but honesty & reliability are mandatory
Preferred:
Experience using field apps or dispatch tools
Experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments
Any basic safety or compliance certifications
Hours & Availability
Monday - Friday
1st Shift-6:30am-11:30pm
2nd Shift:-11:00am-4:00pm
3rd Shift:-3:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday 11:00am-6:00pm
Supervisors work within these windows, typically closer to opening/closing to support field coverage.
Compliance
We operate to state, county, and municipal standards for legal notice delivery and documentation.
All hires must complete certification and maintain compliance.
