Warehouse Distribution Manager

PMCO is hiring a Warehouse & Distribution Manager in the Food/Beverage Manufacturing industry in Fallon, NV

Salary: $100K–$110K + 10% bonus

Shift: Day Shift

Location: Fallon, NV

Position Overview

This role is responsible for leading all warehouse and distribution operations at the facility, including receiving, shipping, material movement, and inventory control. The manager ensures that materials and finished products flow efficiently throughout the facility to meet production schedules, support internal departments, and maintain on-time delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and material-handling activities
• Ensure accurate inventory levels and support month-end counts and reconciliation
• Maintain warehouse equipment, facility conditions, and compliance with safety requirements
• Coordinate material flow to support production and scheduling needs
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse supervisors and frontline employees
• Monitor all inventory transactions for accuracy, including shipments, returns, adjustments, and scrap
• Work with production, scheduling, and customer service to resolve issues and improve service levels
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, efficiency, and cost control
• Support union or non-union workforce environments as applicable

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience
• 5–8 years of warehouse/distribution or production environment experience
• Prior leadership/supervisory experience required
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory/warehouse systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Travel: 5%–15%
