We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a key role in ensuring that all concrete surfaces are finished to the highest standards of quality, safety, and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Perform concrete finishing work on various construction projects, including sidewalks, driveways, slabs, curbs, and other structures.
• Set forms and prepare surfaces for pouring.
• Place, level, and finish concrete using hand and power tools.
• Apply appropriate finishing techniques such as floating, troweling, edging, and brooming.
• Ensure proper curing and protection of concrete to achieve desired strength and appearance.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
• Work collaboratively with foremen, project managers, and other crew members to meet project timelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations on job sites.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in concrete finishing or related construction work.
• Strong knowledge of concrete properties, finishing methods, and curing techniques.
• Ability to operate finishing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and instructions.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Physically capable of performing demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
