Responsibilities include:

• Welcome every guest with warmth, authenticity, and a sense of Italian hospitality, making each person feel like part of the famiglia.
• Take thoughtful and accurate food and beverage orders, with full command of the menu, ingredients, and culinary background of each dish.
• Serve with timing, flow, and awareness—every second counts . Meals must be delivered promptly and in harmony with the guest's pace.
• Anticipate the rhythm of the table: provide bread and salad without delay, clear plates efficiently, and bus tables with grace and consistency.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar, ensuring every plate and pour reflects our standards of accuracy, beauty, and excellence.
• Maintain a clean, polished, and well-stocked section at all times, treating it as an extension of the guest experience.
• Take ownership of inventory and restocking duties—understanding your station's needs and keeping it fully supplied is part of the craft.
• Stay focused and steady in a high-pressure environment, entering a flow state that keeps service smooth, precise, and deeply rewarding.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and drink orders while providing menu recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and manage guest checks accurately.
• Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and prepare for new guests.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of food items.

Skills

• Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers.
• Experience in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices related to food handling.
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create memorable dining experiences.
• Familiarity with fine dining service protocols is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to promote menu items effectively and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours in a nightclub or restaurant setting.
• Experience in food preparation is a plus, contributing to an understanding of kitchen operations.
