Job Overview

Sentara Leigh Hospital is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as Manager, Patient Care Services

Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift

Position Location: This position is in person at the Greenbrier Advanced Imaging Center and the Brock Advanced Imaging Center, two offsite imaging locations that are part of Sentara Leigh Hospital.

Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • 3+ years management experience required.

Expectations for this Role:

Sentara Leigh Hospital is excited to continue our investment in improving outpatient access to advanced imaging services for our Chesapeake and Norfolk communities. This Manager of Patient Care Services- Operations role will oversee daily operations for both Greenbrier and Brock imaging centers and partner directly with the Director on long-term strategic planning. This leader will own everything from staffing, financials, IT, and operational process improvements – ensuring our offsite imaging centers continue to operate optimally for our communities. Reporting directly to the Director of Patient Care Services at Sentara Leigh Hospital, the Manager of Patient Care Services- Operations will also collaborate with Sentara operational leadership and Sentara radiology leadership. The Manager of Patient Care Services- Operations will contributes to the success of the hospital and market through achievement of system, hospital and departmental goals and objectives.
