CSR - Customer Service Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed established performance goals and metrics

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding effective solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
