Must be available 7 days/week for scheduling (rotating schedule, no overnights)

We're looking for a
detail-oriented thinker
to help us maintain precise environmental conditions inside our state-of-the-art indoor cannabis facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who's curious, mechanically inclined, and interested in environmental systems, HVAC, or cultivation science.

You'll be part of a team responsible for keeping our temperature, humidity, and airflow balanced — helping plants grow healthier, faster, and stronger. This isn't just a labor job — it's a key technical position that impacts yield, quality, and overall plant performance.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and log environmental data (humidity, temp, airflow)
• Make real-time adjustments to HVAC units, fans, and dehumidifiers
• Analyze trends using monitoring software and sensors
• Conduct routine walkthroughs and identify environmental risks
• Assist with troubleshooting system imbalances that affect plant health
• Collaborate with the cultivation and maintenance teams to implement climate strategies
• Respond to urgent environmental issues as needed during work hours

We're Looking for Someone Who

• Enjoys solving problems and thinking critically
• Can follow SOPs and document their work in detail
• Has basic knowledge of environmental systems, plant biology, or HVAC (or a strong desire to learn)
• Is comfortable working in conditions between 60–90°F and 50–80% humidity
• Can lift 50 lbs and wear PPE as required

Qualifications

• 21+ years old (required)
• 6+ months of experience in any of the following is a plus: cultivation, HVAC, environmental monitoring, warehouse tech work, facilities maintenance
• Must pass a brief problem-solving and logic assessment before the interview
