About the Role
We are seeking a
Channel Sales Manager
to own and grow our Northeast region for a leading OEM of industrial mezzanine systems. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role responsible for managing an existing network of channel partners while expanding market share through dealer development, end-user engagement, and application-driven selling.
This individual will effectively
run the business in the Northeast
, serving as the primary point of contact for channel partners, supporting complex warehouse applications, and helping win projects in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Management & Growth
- Own and manage an existing book of authorized channel partners and dealerships across the Northeast
- Strengthen partner performance through regular visits, training, and joint sales calls
- Educate partners on product capabilities, applications, and best practices for selling mezzanine solutions
- Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners where market coverage can be improved
Sales & Market Development
- Drive regional revenue growth by supporting partners through the full sales cycle
- Work directly with end users alongside channel partners to understand operational needs and propose solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to both partners and customers on warehouse optimization and space utilization
- Maintain strong visibility in the market through consistent travel, site visits, and relationship building
Application & Technical Support
- Review warehouse layouts, material flow, and operational requirements
- Assist with mezzanine application development and conceptual design support
- Collaborate with internal engineering and design teams to ensure viable, competitive solutions
- Help partners position solutions effectively against competitive alternatives
Regional Ownership & Strategy
- Operate with a true
"run your own business" mindset
for the Northeast territory - Develop and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with company objectives
- Provide market feedback on pricing, competitors, and customer trends
- Forecast activity and manage pipeline health across channel partners
Qualifications
Required
- Experience selling in or around the
industrial, material handling, warehouse, or construction
space - Strong understanding of consultative, application-driven sales
- Proven ability to build relationships with distributors, integrators, or dealer networks
- Willingness to travel approximately
50%
of the time - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred / Bonus
- Prior
channel sales experience - Experience with mezzanines, racking, conveyors, automation, or related warehouse systems
- Comfort reviewing layouts, drawings, or warehouse applications
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed personality with a regional ownership mindset
