Construction Laborer

Center Point Contractors, Inc. is a full-service construction company with 17 years in the business. We specialize in construction, renovation and maintenance in Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding areas. We are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals eager to be an essential part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general construction duties, including but not limited to, installing fencing, digging trenches, cutting and patching concrete, and operating hand and power tools.
• Perform manual labor tasks, such as lifting and carrying heavy materials, loading and unloading equipment, and cleaning construction areas and equipment.
• Follow safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate small machinery and equipment under supervision.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials at the job site and at the office.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, reporting progress, issues, and concerns as necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience as a construction laborer or similar role in the construction industry.
• Basic knowledge of construction techniques, tools and equipment.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Outstanding teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
• Proactive and problem solving mindset.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
