Dental Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dental office. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the dentist and dental hygienists to provide exceptional patient care.

Duties:
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures by handing them instruments, suctioning, and providing patient support
- Take dental x-rays as directed by the dentist
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed, including sterilizing instruments and disinfecting treatment rooms
- Assist with front desk duties such as answering phones, filing, and billing

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CDA or will train on the job
- Current certification in Dental Radiography
- Proficiency in Dentrix, or other dental practice management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $ $28.00 per hour
