Overview
We are seeking an organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of office functions. The position is part time with an option for full time for the right person. and includes comprehensive training to ensure success in daily responsibilities.
Duties
- Handling minimal phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for correspondence, reports, and scheduling
- Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and clients
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and handle basic office management duties
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain organization of office supplies and manage inventory levels
- Ensure proper phone etiquette and professional communication at all times
Qualifications
- Experience in office administration or clerical roles, with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software
- Experience with QuickBooks, bookkeeping, or payroll duties is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to type accurately and quickly while maintaining attention to detail
- Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills are beneficial
