Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced bartender who can also serve tables as needed. This is a dual-role front-of-house position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong craft cocktail skills, and can stay composed and make confident decisions during busy shifts. You must be able to work independently without requiring constant oversight.

Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality cocktails using proper techniques (shaking, stirring, batching, house syrups, classic builds, etc.)

• Pour beer, wine, and spirits accurately and efficiently

• Provide knowledgeable, attentive hospitality to guests both at the bar and on the dining room floor

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace behind the bar and in service areas

• Take orders and process payments using Toast POS

• Restock product, prep garnishes, and assist with bar setup/breakdown

• Comply with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards

• Stay calm and efficient during high-volume service while making independent decisions as needed

• Work collaboratively to maintain a positive, guest-first environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience, ideally in a craft-cocktail or scratch bar environment

• Ability to serve tables with confidence, accuracy, and warm hospitality

• Familiarity with Toast POS is a strong plus

• Must be 21+ with (or willing to obtain) Arizona Title 4 Alcohol Certification

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle rushes without needing constant direction

• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Professional, reliable, and able to adapt to shifting needs during service

Compensation

• Competitive earning potential — many bartenders commonly average over $25/hour with tips, depending on business volume and individual performance
