Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Engineer

What You'll Do
As the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and managing maintenance plans, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely execution of maintenance activities. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, improve operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives at our site.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of maintenance management systems and CMMS software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to maintenance activities
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies
- Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems
- Previous exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Certification in maintenance or asset management (e.g., TPM, CMRT)
Preferred Education And Experience
- A relevant degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling roles within manufacturing settings
Other Requirements
- This role is fully on-site, requiring regular presence at the plant
- Ability to work within a structured environment and adhere to safety protocols
- Willingness to engage collaboratively across departments to meet operational goals
