Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting both financial planning and business operations. This position is responsible for delivering actionable insights through detailed analysis, ensuring alignment between financial performance and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Business Operations Support:

o Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

o Monitor key operational metrics and link them to financial outcomes, ensuring transparency and accountability across departments.

o Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing cost structures, resource allocation, and productivity trends.

o Assist in the annual budgeting process for the field

o Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify drivers of performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.

· Reporting & Insights:

o Develop and deliver timely financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership review.

o Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.

· Strategic Analysis:

o Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of operational changes on profitability.

o Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, investments, and cost optimization strategies.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, finance, and leadership teams.

· Excellent communication skills to present findings and influence decision-making.

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

· Minimum 2 years of experience in progressively responsible and relevant experience
