As a Dietary Technician you will assist our residents in reaching their nutritional and medical goals. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at
Lakefront Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
by providing nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy, evaluating, monitoring, and documenting the nutritional status and needs of our residents, identifying and providing nutritional counselling to meet the cultural needs of our residents, working with the on-site dietitian for high-risk cases and writing dietary orders. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
As a minimum, an associate's degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics, Nutritional Sciences or similar filed. One (1) year of experience as a Dietary Technician, bachelors in associated field, and licensure by the CDR is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
