Summary of Position:
Will be responsible for processing orders diligently, timely, and accurately; as well as scheduling all incoming orders, both internal and external. Shoowroom Coordinator loves to talk and understand the value of good communication, and offering priceless feedback to the customers. Will also execute administrative and sales-related responsibilities that relate to client relations management. This position also requires some related front desk tasks.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Create and process orders with diligence and accuracy.
- Ability to critically think through situations and solutions.
- Send necessary quotes/drawings/accurate information/receipts to the clients.
- Respond to inbound calls and provide attentive assistance to customers.
- Use proper grammar notation exhibiting concise, professional communication skills.
- Detect any potential problems with the sales process and share with your manager to offer independent solutions and alternatives.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and presentable at all times.
- Maintain daily awareness of deadlines and responsibilities.
- Handle order entry and billing processes while adhering to company procedures.
- Effectively multitasks while maintaining clarity and proper prioritization management.
- Communicate inventory statuses accurately to your clients via the phone, email, direct interaction, and fax.
- Proficiency in office supplies.
- Collaborate with internal staff and vendors to identify and address specific requirements.
- Follow up with clients after their order has been completed and gather feedback.
- Monitor and reply to online reviews about the business and report them to your manager.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and present information effectively.
- Manage the reception area and keep it clean, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by your manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The ability to meet deadlines, exhibit great attention to detail, and communicate in a professional, concise manner is essential. A thorough understanding of standard business practices, problem-solving issues in a rapid environment, and a client-first attitude is necessary for success. Familiarity with cabinet fabrication, terminology, or similar industry experience is highly preferred, but not required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and
- Exceptional skills in email correspondence and written communication.
- At least 2-4 years of related client service experience.
- High school diploma/ GED.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Desire to work as a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: on-site. Full-time.
Pay range: from $18 - $23/hour based on work experience.
Schedule: 8-hour shift; Monday to Friday, starting 8:00 am to 5 pm.
