Maintenance Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our luxury apartment community. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise across electrical, mechanical, and multifamily maintenance tasks.

Duties

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance for our apartment community.
• Troubleshoot and complete work orders that would include electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the property, assisting with Valet Trash removal and grounds.
• Complete apartment turns as assigned.
• Snow removal as needed.
• On call rotation for maintenance emergencies.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with maintenance and office teams.
• Pool and amenity space maintenance.

Experience

• Basic maintenance knowledge required. HVAC and appliance repair knowledge a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to perform residential painting or similar finishing work.
• Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by excellent problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination.

Pay: $ $27.00 per hour
