Customer Service/Data Entry Representative

A Plus is seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Data Entry Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent support to our customers while accurately managing data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Accurately enter and update customer information, job details, and service records into company systems
• Process invoices, work orders, and service requests in a timely manner
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns
• Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across all platforms
• Coordinate with field technicians, sales representatives, and management to support smooth operations
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, payments, and service satisfaction
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Education, Skills & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative roles is a plus
• Strong typing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Experience using CRM software or database management systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
