Job Summary:

 Welcome to Seed to Table, where flavor meets satisfaction Located at 4835 Immokalee Road in Naples, FL, Seed to Table is more than a restaurant; it's a community hub where exceptional dining experiences come to life. As a Server, you'll play a pivotal role in curating these experiences for our guests. 

Requirements

Essential Job Functions:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS(Toast) system.
•  Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on menu items and guest preferences.
• Ensure timely and correct delivery of food and beverages to tables.
•  Respond to guest needs and special requests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly or escalate to a supervisor if needed.
•  Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and hygiene regulations per Florida state law.
• Maintain organized and properly stocked service stations throughout the shift.
•  Adhere to company policies and appearance standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish skills are a plus.
• Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation is a must.

Physical Requirements:

• Be able to stand and walk for long periods during your shift.
•  Lift and carry items like trays, food, and drinks (up to 30 lbs).
•  Move quickly and safely around the restaurant. 
•  Speak and listen clearly in a busy and noisy environment. 
•  Use a step-stool if needed to reach supplies.
