Become a vital part of our logistics team as an Order Picker in San Antonio, Texas! In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary responsibility will be to navigate our warehouse efficiently to locate and retrieve specific items from inventory based on order tickets or electronic scanners. Accuracy is paramount; you'll need to double-check product codes and quantities to prevent fulfillment errors. Following the picking process, you will prepare items for the next stage of the logistics process. This position demands physical stamina, requiring considerable walking, standing, and frequent lifting of items, often up to 50 pounds. A strong commitment to workplace safety is mandatory, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We value individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred, but a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to our team are most important.
