We are hiring an Order Picker for our busy warehouse in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving products from our inventory to fulfill customer orders. Your contribution is critical to our logistics operations, ensuring prompt delivery and customer satisfaction. This is an active, hands-on position.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from shelves based on order tickets.
- Verify product information (SKU, quantity) before packing.
- Pack orders securely and appropriately for shipment.
- Utilize RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Meet or exceed daily picking goals.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
- Report any damages or discrepancies to a supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with basic logistics concepts.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety footwear.
