Job Summary:
Become a vital part of our logistics team as a Distribution Center Associate in Richmond, Virginia. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to perform a variety of tasks within our state-of-the-art distribution center. Your duties will encompass order picking, packing, receiving, stocking, and potentially operating material handling equipment. This role is fundamental to ensuring efficient operations and timely fulfillment of customer orders. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment, expecting all associates to follow strict safety guidelines, utilize appropriate PPE, and practice safe lifting techniques.
Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock and organize inventory within the distribution center.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed (certification required for forklifts).
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Wear required PPE at all times and follow safe lifting practices.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
  • Commitment to wearing required PPE and following safe lifting protocols.
