Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order sheets or scanning devices
- Verify picked items against order details
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipment
- Label packages correctly for outgoing logistics
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory cycle counts
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment speed and accuracy
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse roles is a plus
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Understanding of logistics and warehouse operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and use PPE
- Good communication and teamwork skills
