We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling a variety of products and contributing to the smooth flow of our supply chain. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving incoming goods, stocking shelves, fulfilling orders based on pick lists, and preparing packages for dispatch. - Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
