We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our facility. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and staging orders for delivery, and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. You will work collaboratively with a team to meet production goals and uphold high standards of quality and efficiency. A strong work ethic and commitment to Safety are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming stock and materials.
- Pick items accurately and efficiently to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Stage outgoing shipments for transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required/provided).
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety regulations.
- Properly use all required PPE, including gloves, safety glasses, and any other assigned gear.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as directed.
- Support general warehouse operations as needed.
- Tasks will involve regular Lifting, bending, and standing.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety.
- Understanding of basic Logistics and supply chain principles is beneficial.
