We are hiring a Warehouse Worker for our Phoenix, Arizona location. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of our warehouse operations, contributing to the smooth flow of goods. Responsibilities may include receiving and unloading shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to Safety. You will work as part of a team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all tasks. This is a fundamental role in our logistics process, supporting the movement of products throughout our distribution network.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Sort, stock, and store merchandise in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use PPE as required for tasks and environment.
- Participate in inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Tasks will involve regular Lifting and physical activity.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting, bending, and standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to Safety and following all guidelines.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Logistics is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual.
