We are hiring a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Associate for our busy distribution center in Provo, Utah. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment and a strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures. You will be responsible for unloading inbound trucks, verifying contents against purchase orders, stocking received goods, picking and packing customer orders, and loading outbound trucks. Maintaining a safe and organized work area is paramount. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to following all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE. The role involves frequent lifting and requires the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. You will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We value reliability, efficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Verifying shipment contents against packing slips and purchase orders. Inspecting goods for damage and reporting discrepancies. Stocking received items in appropriate warehouse locations. Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Loading outbound trucks accurately and efficiently. Operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area. Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures. Contributing to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
