Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other technology.
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and store inventory.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all warehouse safety protocols.
- Properly use and maintain all required PPE.
- Perform lifting of products and materials, adhering to safe lifting techniques.
- Contribute to achieving daily fulfillment and shipping targets.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility within the logistics team.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent understanding of safety procedures, including the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet operational demands.
