Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team in San Diego, California, as a Warehouse Associate! This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient handling and processing of goods. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and any signs of damage.
  • Accurately store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking and packing items according to specifications.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
  • Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in cycle counting processes.
  • Report any safety hazards, operational issues, or inventory discrepancies to management promptly.
  • Support the logistics team with other assigned duties, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.

Qualifications:
Prior warehouse experience is a plus. The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of items up to 45 pounds, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and a good understanding of warehouse operations. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced logistics setting are crucial. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
