We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Associate in San Francisco, California. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our distribution center. Your duties will encompass receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role requires a proactive approach, physical stamina, and a commitment to upholding our high standards of quality and safety. You'll be part of a team dedicated to ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to customer satisfaction. We provide all necessary PPE and expect strict adherence to safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Sort and stock inventory accurately in assigned locations.
- Pick items for orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must be able to work assigned shifts and maintain punctuality.
- Commitment to safety and proper PPE utilization is mandatory.
