Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Associate in Huntsville, Alabama. We are looking for individuals passionate about logistics and committed to operational excellence. In this role, you will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently are key to our success. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all team members to adhere to our Safety guidelines and utilize necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate will be reliable, have good physical stamina for tasks involving Lifting, and be a positive contributor to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all Safety rules and company procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and record-keeping.
- Assist with preparing shipments for delivery.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
