Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Boston, Massachusetts. The Fulfillment Associate plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. This position involves a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all company policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive workplace.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
  • Inspect incoming inventory for damage and ensure correct quantities.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, including labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Meet performance standards for order fulfillment and accuracy.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of Safety in the workplace.
