Join our energetic team as a Warehouse Associate in Las Vegas, Nevada! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about contributing to the efficient operations of our distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your attention to detail and dedication to productivity will ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position is key to our overall logistics success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock efficiently and accurately.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided where necessary).
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility. Previous warehouse experience is a plus. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods. Safety is paramount in our operations, and all employees are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
