Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Identify and report any damaged or missing inventory.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses strong organizational skills, and has a positive attitude. Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred. This role demands physical activity, including frequent lifting up to 45 lbs and standing for long hours. Safety is our top priority, and strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the use of appropriate PPE, is expected.
